Archbishop Chapelle High School Reviews

In response to the first post, the students don't have to eat outside, they do it because they want to, and it actually is nice to eat outside. I graduated from ACHS in 2007 and I loved it!!! Definitely the best four years of my life. So many good memories. Chapelle is one of the few girls' Catholic schools in the area that actually respect and each girls' individuality. Although I will admit the school puts more emphasis on subjects that don't matter a whole lot in the real world, such as art, theatre, music, etc (don't get me wrong, Chapelle has a great art program and students should be encouraged to express themselves), for example they built a bulding dedicated to art and not math or science. But all in all great school!

School only interested in their image - seems the catholic schools have become the modern day equivalent to the pharisees. The diciplianrian is a vandictive person.

I love Chapelle it's the best High School that i know of in the district! It's soooo fun and i would highly recomend this wonderful school to anyone! When i went to the open house i was blown away how awesome the school was all the clubs and sports that we could join in the school year.

All schools are what you make of them. The only way that Chapelle would get an indecent rating is if people didn't agree with that. All of the staff at Chapelle are caring and understanding. The teachers and administration try thier best to make the students as happy and well educated as they can be. The clubs and organizations at Chapelle make it much easier for new students to gain knowledge about what they are interested in and at the same time, the students are introduced to other students with similar interests. Chapelle was a great place to spend my high school years. I didn't even like school before Chapelle. If you are looking for the best place to send your young women to school, Chapelle is, by far the best high school in the city.

Recently, I graduated from Chapelle with 4 of the greatest years under my belt. I was in mostly academic classes with the exception of 4 or 5 honors classes over the years and I believe that with the education I recieved I am ready to tackle college this coming Fall. In my 4 years at Chapelle, I participated in the Swim Team, Chorale, Video club, Photography club, and in many Art competitions which I all found to be wonderful ways of making friends and socializing with others. I don't believe there is a school closer or more competitive with each other as is displayed in Rally each year. Competition in a school is something that gets others involved and gets the actual school as a whole to highten the energy level! There was defiantly no other school for me in the world, and I'm sure my friends would agree.

Chapelle High School prepared me for college and let me grow in a safe, happy environment. I was challenged intellectually, and had made friends that will last me a lifetime.

I attend Chapelle, and it's a good school and everything, but I don't care for the teachers too much. I know it just sounds like I'm complaining, but I'm in a few honors classes and they give a lot of homework, I mean a lot. Even some of the academic classes do too. They make it really hard to be an Honors Student. And there are many really good teachers, but some of them need to be re-evaluated. But other than that, Chapelle really does care about its students, and we have so many days with activities. I definitely wouldn't go anywhere else.

Archbishop Chapelle has been perfect for my daugher. The core level classes have allowed her to learn at a suitable pace and have boosted her confidence. The extracurricular activities are numerous and well-rounded, offering something for a variety of interests. The students are well-mannered and happy and take pride in their school. The parent participation is wonderful! Our experience has been a very positive one and we will miss the school family when she graduates.

Chapelle is a wonderful school. It has a great family atmosphere with teachers that care. It has an excellent academics program that caters to the needs of the individual student.

My experience with Archbishop Chapelle began in 1994. I have three daughters and all have attended this school. With 10 years experience, I can honestly say that we have been extremely pleased with the education Archbishop Chapelle has provided them. I have been very impressed with the total quality Catholic environment that helped my daughters develop as young women.

Chapelle high school has had the greatest in fluence. The teachers really look at each student individually and as the class as a whole to find the best teaching method for the children to learn. That's what's most important to the faculty at chapelle high school-that the children learn-no matter what it takes. For this, I applaud all teachers at chapelle. It's the best school in the world, and my daughter says if she could, she'd do it all over again, and wouldn't change a thing, because 'every experience at chapelle is a positive one'.

This is our first year and so far, even though its a large school, I think it has a very nurturing environment. So far, so good.

Sending my daughter to ACHS is one of the best overall decisions I have made as a caring parent. This school has helped my daughter develope socially, spiritually, and academically. I think it has positively earned its great reputation, and most of the girls are prepared for their future.

Chapelle is a wonderful school. 'Chipmunk Spunk' is something that will never leave your daughter after graduation. There are excellent classes that prep students for college as well as great activities like 'Rally' and 'Challenge.' (Your daughter should definitly check these out!) Chapelle is a family and your daughters will feel like a part of this family for the rest of their lives.

When I was at Chapelle, it really gave me a feeling of togetherness. I learned so much and grew physically, emotionally, and spiritually. There was so much provided and so many opportunities that all that one had to do was utilize them. At Chapelle, you could really be yourself and grow as a young woman, without the 'distractions'. Chapelle's quality in education is very high, and they really push their students to do their best.

This school does not care about a student as an individual. They do not use the money provided to them properly. The spent over a million dollars on plants, instead of providing a larger cafeteria where every student had shelter from the rain on stormy days. Did you know the students have to eat outside because of lack of room in the cafeteria?? Well. All in all. Chapelle Spunk needs to be re-evaluated.
